  Heyyyy everyone! How is everyone doing?! First thing...HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all you fathers!!  I hope you had a great day!  I'm so grateful that I could talk to my dad and grandpa for fathers day!  I'm grateful for all you have done for me dad!  Thanks for all the laughter from your dad jokes, they certainly are the best!!  Not going to lie, this week for me was rough.  After getting over covid, our week was really slow!!  It's been tough getting back into the routine of things.  Getting back on the street, finding people, etc.  We have been trying to find some new ways to do the work because the things that we are doing aren't working super well here in this area.  Sooo, it's been rough getting back into the hang of things and getting people to teach. But, this week we had a BAPTISM!!  So that boosted our spirits a bit haha!  It was really nice and it was the first baptism here in this ward since January!  So that ...

  This is Kennedy's email from last week! Hello!!  How is everyone?!  Well this week was pretty boring!!  My whole apartment ended up getting covid except for one sister, so we've been quarantined in our apartment!  Don't worry, I haven't had any symptoms but I still ended up testing positive!  So yeah, this week was hard.  The beginning of the week was fine, working as normal!  Until about Wednesday when we got a got call from the other sisters saying that one of them tested positive for covid.  So we had to come back to our apartment and start working online. Then that night, we were all going to go to the doctor for everyone to get checked out (except me because I didn't have any symptoms).  But then our uber never came haha so we waited until Thursday.  Then Thursday, me and my companion, and one of the other sisters, Sister Chapman my bestie lol, went to go get a covid test.  My test and my companion's test came back posit...

  Heyyyy! How is everyone doing?! This week was alright...not much happened.  Me and my companion are basically opening this area because of some things from the last transfer.  So it's been a lot of work trying to get this area up and running again!!  And on top of that, training.  It's been a bit difficult opening an area while training...I feel like I have no organization, buttttt as my brother says, we learn as we go!  Haha! This week was a bit difficult...after pday last week I felt Iike something was off.  My mom had told me that my grandma had been in the hospital.  And of course that made me worried for the week.  For those who already know, my sweet grandma passed away on Saturday.  As I said, I had been worried and just kept thinking about her.  And just felt like something wasn't right.   Friday, we had an activity for the ward  where we played the Disney movie Coco (lol didn't watch the movie but we helped...

  Hello!  How is everyone doing?! This week was alright!  It was a bit slow with the work and trying to get used to being a mom haha but it's been good. A few things that happened this week... 1) My comp and I got locked in our apartment.  We had some things to do in our apartment on Thursday morning and then we had some members who brought us lunch.  When they got to our apartment, we started heading out the door and come to find out it was locked...and the other sisters took our set of keys by accident.  So we were stuck in our apartment for a bit lol!  2) I have a nickname here in the ward...Sister Friday haha!  I gave the closing prayer yesterday in Sacrament meeting, when they announced my name they had said it as Sister Friday! So yeah...other than that it's been an adjustment here in my area with training, and finding people to teach. But there's not much else that happened this week!   So, sorry this email is short!  Hoping ...
