Sister Kennedy Findlay Brazil Ribeirão Preto & Arizona Gilbert Mission 2021-2022

  Hey!  How is everyone doing?!  Another pday!!  Wahoo! I actually don't have much of a pday today.  My day started at 3 am, waking up and getting ready to leave for São Paulo...so yes 4th time going to São Paulo!  About a year ago, I needed to come to São Paulo and finish my visa papers...and if you remember I needed to go 3 times lol!  But this time it's for my companion.  She was reassigned after the MTC to my mission in Ribeirão until she gets her visa to go to her mission in Japan.  So today we are at the consulate doing things for her visa and 2 Elders who also are getting their visas for Japan. Currently, we are traveling back to Ribeirão!  They got everything done and passed their interview or whatever they needed to do!  And now, we have to come back on Thursday to get their visas!  So it will be my 5th time coming to São Paulo this week.   Hey everyone!!  How's it going? Another pday!!  The weeks are going by so fast!!  This email will be for this week and the last few weeks!  Pdays have been pretty crazy! We are finally able to have pdays together in districts so we have gotten together these last few pdays!  We have played volleyball and ping pong, made pizza, and just hung out! It's been a lot of fun and definitely needed! These last few weeks have been a little rough!  Our area is tough, one of the hardest areas, if not the hardest area, in the mission!  Many people say, "fortes de Irajá" lol!  We take the bus everyday to the church, 30 minutes each way, to be able to work online and then we go back home in the evening.  Yesterday, coming home from the church, we took the bus.  And the bus driver knew exactly what stop we would get off because he knew we were missionaries haha!  So that should tell you how much we take the bus!  We have been trying to ...
