Lots to catch up on!!

 Heyyy!!  How is everyone doing?!

First thing, HAPPY 4TH!! 🎆🎇
I missed last week sending an email, but this week I have lotssss to say!
So last week we had an all mission conference because it was our mission president's last week!  Conference was really good and I felt the Spirit so much!
It was a travel day for us which means our day started reallyyyy early in the morning!  We got up about 3:30 in the morning and the van came to pick us up about 5 am.  And then we traveled like 2 and a half hours to get to Ribeirão Preto.  Then we got to the church and conference started soon after!
Conference was really good and I felt the Spirit so much!  We learned a lot more about working with members and what leads to success in missionary work!
Then we had lunch which the food was yummy as always!  Then had a few more things to do before we all left.  This is really when I felt the Spirit!  Seriously I don't even know how to explain, I just felt so close my Savior.  It was something that I really needed at that moment!
Then we took some pictures, and said our goodbyes to President and Sister Santos, and then traveled back to Rio Preto...another 2 and a half hours!!  We got back to our apartment at 9 pm!  Then the other ward had their Festa Junina that night, so we all went to check it out for like 10 minutes!  Then went home and relaxed a bit haha!
So yeah, that was conference!  It was really nice, and sad to say goodbye to President and Sister Santos, but that means we have a new President, President and Sister Denning.  I still haven't seen him (and it's been a week lol) but I am excited to see what happens this next transfer!
And with that...TRANSFERS!!!  Transfers are today and guess what happened?!?!
I got transferred to Ribeirão!!  And I'm going to be a mom AGAIN!!  I'm going to train another Sister which I'm nervous again but excited!  Wish me luck...haha!  2 daughters in 2 transfers wow lol!
Saturday night we got a call from the assistants and I knew it was about transfers.  It was a normal phone call but then they asked to do a facetime call.  That made me nervous...so they started talking to me and my companion about transfers.  One of them asked me if I knew how to make cookies and with that I already knew that I would be transferred to Ribeirão, right next to the mission office!  So you know what that means...I will be making cookies for the mission office staff haha!!! 🍪🍪
Well to be honest, I am happy to leave my area. Sad to leave the other Sisters!  I had such a good time living with the other Sisters!
But there were a lot of things that happened in my area, and it was very emotionally draining!  I was exhausted, but I knew I had to just keep going.  Definitely was a trial of faith.  And these last two transfers, I really drew closer to my Savior!  I understood more about His Atonement and understood the power of the Atonement in my life!  I know that Christ is our Savior and He is with us in every moment!
Well, as I said, I am nervous for this next transfer!  I won't know who my companion is until tomorrow!  But I'm excited for a new transfer, a new start!
Well that's all I got!  I hope everyone is doing well!  And I hope everyone has a great week!
Love you all!
Sister Findlay
